Garrett Wilson was born in Longview, Texas in November, 1979. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in political science from John Brown University in 2002, and in 2005 received the Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity and Equal Justice Works. Garrett returned home after graduation and has dedicated himself to representing injured East Texans and their families ever since.
Garrett practices in the areas of personal injury and business litigation. He has successfully prosecuted cases involving unsafe products, wrongful death, oil field injury, trucking and auto collisions, breach of fiduciary duty, traumatic brain injury and violation of civil rights.
Garrett was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2005 and the State Bar of Arkansas in 2006. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He has tried cases in both state and federal court and has prosecuted several appeals in appellate courts across the state.
Garrett is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Arkansas, Gregg County Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the East Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Arkansas Young Lawyers Association, and the American Association For Justice.
Away from the office, Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife and three wonderful children. His interests include coaching t-ball, camping, and history.
